Reception

You never get a second chance to make a first impression" is a wise saying. Your visitors will receive a warm welcome and be well looked-after by our staff at the reception, which is at the centre of all our operations. 
The reception is also the telephone switchboard, and this is where we coordinate all our services for our tenants. Adjacent to the reception you will find sofa seating arrangements, daily papers, cloakrooms and toilets.

The reception (Mässans gata 18) is always staffed between 08.00 and 17.00 (16.30 in summer).

Telephone switchboard
A telephone answering service is always available during office hours. We will answer your calls using your company name, and if you are not available, we will forward or take messages.

You can use our messaging system by connecting your own PC to our network, so that when you return to your office, all messages are waiting for you on your screen, or we can send an SMS message.
You can also send messages to other tenants via the network.

 

 



And naturally you can send e-mails and access the Internet via a high-speed broadband connection.
Conference rooms

There are several large conference rooms capable of accommodating 10-20 people. These can be fitted out to suit your requirements, for example with TV, video or conference phones. If you wish to hire other equipment or require catering services, we can naturally assist you with these. Apart from our conference rooms, there are smaller meeting rooms that will hold 2-6 people.

Communal areas

In our break rooms and dining areas there are seating groups where you can eat your lunch and have a coffee. The kitchenette contains a fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, coffee/espresso machine and cupboard. At Teatergatan we can also offer a large outdoor terrace complete with furniture.

These premises are also suitable for smaller events and functions and are used by our customers for corporate activities of this kind after office hours.
