We provide the following services for a charge:

• Tea/coffee for you and your guests

• Copying (also 4-colour), scanner

• Overhead projection pictures

• Outgoing faxes

• Broadband connection/Internet, 80Mbps

• Telephone -Cisco - Sting IP

We can also offer assistance with the following:

• Other office services, accounting, IT-support and
  translations etc.

• Supplies, parking etc.

Accountancy

We offer a complete accountancy service. You choose how much you want to do yourself. Here are some of the things we can assist you with:

• Recording of vouchers

• Supplier payments

• Maintenance of accounts receivable ledger

• Bookkeeping and payment of VAT, tax and employer’s
  contributions

• Handling wages

• Cooperation with your auditor

We will either work using your own accountancy program or add your company to our common administrative customer program. You can receive monthly reports in which we discuss how the company is developing.

 




Virtual office
At the World Trade Center we can offer your company a business address, telephone answering and access to our meetingrooms. An easy way of life, a great alternative and also cost-effective. An example of virtual office set-up:

• Mail forwarding, telephone answering and access to meetingrooms

• Telephone answering and mail forwarding

• Rental of meetingrooms

You book our meetingrooms per hour or perhaps a whole business day. We can arrange the catering or technical support.

Conference rooms

There are several large conference rooms capable of accommodating 10-20 people. These can be fitted out to suit your requirements, for example with TV, video or conference phones. If you wish to hire other equipment or require catering services, we can naturally assist you with these. Apart from our conference rooms, there are smaller meeting rooms that will hold 2-6 people.

Communal areas

In our break rooms and dining areas there are seating groups where you can eat your lunch and have a coffee. The kitchenette contains a fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, coffee/espresso machine and cupboard. At Teatergatan we can also offer a large outdoor terrace complete with furniture.

These premises are also suitable for smaller events and functions and are used by our customers for corporate activities of this kind after office hours.

Your visitors will receive a warm welcome and be well looked-after by our reception staff. Our telephone switchboard is also located here and all message services for you as our tenant are coordinated here.
